DESCRIPTION:Who? The Atlantic Sports Car Club is hosting the ARMS 2025 AGM with the awards banquet presented by Maritime Auto Glass and Atlantic Acura. \nWHAT? Atlantic Region Motor Sports Annual General Meeting and Awards Banquet \nWHEN? November 14/15/16\, 2025 \nWHERE? Glengarry Best Western\, 150 Willow St\, Truro\, NS \nHOW? Call 1-902-893-4311 for rooms and ask for “Atlantic Region Motor Sport Guests” to reserve your room – Queen size $176.00 a night – Breakfast Included!! *Reserve your room by October 10* \nWHY? Because you should want to attend the Admin workshop from 7 to 9 pm Fri the 14th to see what is on the agenda for the weekend\, after which there will be a social and cash bar from 9 to 11 pm. Then workshops on Sat the 15th all day from 9:30 to 5:00\, see schedule below. The workshops are where rules and changes will be decided for next season. And of course the banquet and awards presentation that evening from 6:30 to 11:00 pm. Then the actual AGM and elections will take place Sunday the 16th from 9 to 12 noon followed by the calendar meeting. \nWe hope you’ll attend the awards banquet on Saturday night too\, we plan to have great food and entertainment to help us celebrate all the competition that we have enjoyed this past year and to help ASCC celebrate our 70th anniversary. Ticket prices will be $45.00 before subsidies\, deadline for the final numbers for dinner will be Nov 1. \nBuffet choices will be roasted Barron of Beef with mushrooms or pesto marinated Chicken Breast with cream sauce. Please email the required number of tickets\, the names of attendees\, and your buffet selection to banquet@ascc.ca .
